An Open Dialogue on Personal and Organizational Transformation in a Digital Era

 with Guest Speaker Michael Leckie

Chief Learning Officer for Digital Industrial Transformation at GE

5:45 PM - 8:00 PM

Norwalk Inn, Norwalk, CT

What is the impact of the digital era on leadership development and culture and how you can leverage this in your organization?

GE is undertaking the biggest transformation effort in its 130-year history as it strives to become recognized as a global digital industrial leader. Michael Leckie, Chief Learning Officer for Digital Industrial Transformation at GE, will share with you the approaches GE is taking to support and accelerate this transformation including communications, leadership development, culture, strategy, and operating model considerations.  The session will be an open dialogue about what is working, what GE has learned, and what is still to be done.

You will gain insights for your organization about change management and ideas for how to prepare your own leaders in the digital age.
