Our group's mission is to share best practices and explore trends and new approaches in the field of coaching within an organizational setting.
Let's rotate and learn. At this session, there will be 4 facilitated tables where you will discuss and share different frameworks for coaching at all stages of the engagement. Come prepared to share your practices and approaches related to the four areas below (hard copies welcome!) so that we can all learn from each other.
1. Beginning the Engagement - designing the alliance and using tools such as agreements, questionnaires, prep forms to ensure coaching is set up to succeed
2. Presence - ensuring you show up in the way that best serves your clients
3. Accountability - setting objectives, creating action plans and maintaining focus on what's most important
4. Ending the engagement - bringing work with a client to a close in a way that sustains progress and celebrates learning
Format: We will break up into small groups and rotate to each table, where a facilitator will guide the discussion and add their insights.
Join us to deepen your knowledge and expand your toolkit!
