The Evolving Relationship between Learning, Development, Innovation, & Change

With Guest Speaker:

Eric D. Hieger, Psy.D.

Transformational Change & Organizational Development
Thought & Practice Leader

Get Ready!  Come to this dynamic session willing to challenge yourself and others as we explore the future of Learning’s impact on change and growth.

Dr. Eric Hieger was recently the leader of ADP's Global Change Leadership & Change Management Center of Excellence (COE).  As most of you know, ADP is a leading provider of Human Capital Management technology and services.  Facing ever increasing competitive threats and new start-up disruptors entering the HCM world, Eric joined ADP as the focus sharpened on reinvigorating an entrepreneurial spirit, inspiring a new wave of innovation, rekindling a performance culture, and accelerating the pace and scale of change and business transformation.

With the above in mind, Eric will draw us into a discussion about his CHANGE = LEARNING = GROWTH equation that reflects a mindset critical to personal and organizational success.  He will help us explore the implications of this growth mindset in our roles as learning and development professionals, and how it applies to helping employees use learning to embrace change more readily and improve their personal performance to drive organizational results.  Further, he will provide in-depth background regarding the form, function, and execution of learning and development, as well as outline some emerging knowledge and skills that learning and development professionals must strengthen in order to be successful business partners for today and tomorrow.

Please arrive prepared to share and discuss your personal experience and learning journey.  With this in mind, Eric will lead a collaborative and provocative conversation of observations and predictions of the future challenges facing our field and how they will be different from those of yesterday.
