Speaker’s Bio:
Dean Tozzoli is a highly skilled and accomplished Senior Learning Consultant with Western Connecticut Health Network, comprised of Danbury, New Milford, and Norwalk Hospitals. He uses blended instructional design to develop management and professional development programs, including formal class instruction, job aids, and e-learning.
Dean achieved success by changing the paradigm of training from a cost center to a value-added function. This approach aligns training with the needs of business units to develop core competencies. These competencies fulfills broader strategic goals, including cost efficiencies, productivity, lean operations, talent development, succession planning, and market and industry trends. He establishes a collaborative working partnership with business units, sharing ownership and accountability for goal attainment.
Dean is also an Adjunct Professor of Communications at Western Connecticut State University. He holds multiple Certifications including Lean Sig Sigma, MBTI, Disney Institute Certification and E-Learning Design.
