Speaker Bio

As a career-long applied industrial/organizational psychologist, Dr. Mo Cayer has deep corporate experience driving organizational and human resource effectiveness across leading organizations, including the American Management Association, Bayer Healthcare North America, and GE Capital and a number of consulting organizations. Mo is a Distinguished Faculty and program coordinator at the University of New Haven in the Psychology and Management Departments. He is a member of the American Psychological Association the Society for Human /resource Management and Co-President of the Association of Talent Development, Connecticut Chapter.
