Learning Community of Practice (CoP) Meeting

Navigate Change with Lumina Spark

Donna Horrigan and Anna Samorukova

January 31, 2018, 9:15 – 11:00 am

Norwalk Public Library, 1 Belden Ave., Norwalk, CT

Auditorium, Parking on Mott Ave.

Our vision for the Learning CoP is to cover various topics in the Learning and Development space ranging from general approaches to learning and development, to emerging trends in design, delivery, and technologies.

“It's not so much that we're afraid of change or so in love with the old ways, but it's that place in between we fear ...”

Join us for an insightful session to better understand your behaviors with Lumina Spark, how they might impact your reaction to change and how we can navigate change at both personal and organizational levels.  Each attendee will experience Lumina Spark – a next-generation, empirically validated assessment.  Spark moves beyond type and looks at behavior traits developing agility, adaptability and collaboration without being labeled or boxed in.

We will use this information to better understand change and our natural response to it.  How can Spark be applied to help individuals and organizations navigate change successfully?

Please register by January 20 as we want you to have enough time to complete the online assessment to get your very own Spark Portrait ($265 value) before the session.
