Coaching Community of Practice (CoP) Meeting

Coaching for REAL Transformation

February 8 - 9:30 am -11:00 am

 New Location:

Norwalk Public Library,

1 Belden Avenue, Norwalk CT

Main Library - Chess Room

Our group's mission is to share best practices and explore trends and new approaches in the field of coaching within an organizational setting.

Coaching for REAL Transformation - It’s a new year, let’s help our clients get unstuck and make meaningful changes in 2018!

Using the Immunity to Change Model by Kegan and Lahey, you will learn how to dive into the underlying psychological systems that keep our clients in status quo. This model helps people develop a new mindset that can transcend the limits of their current thinking.

To practice the model, each of you will have the opportunity to explore your own immunity to change. We will take a look at behavioral blocks and cognitive structures that get in our own way, and with a clearer understanding of the model, be able to use it with our clients.

  • Examine “the single most powerful change you can make to improve your life
  • Identify your competing commitments
  • Learn how to tackle the assumptions holding you back
  • Make a clear plan to get your goal accomplished this year

To get the most out of the session, come prepared to explore your “single most powerful change you can make to improve your life.”

Please register by Thursday, February 1, 2018, to reserve your spot and ensure a seat!  If you are registered and unable to attend, please cancel via email to Denise or Karen.
