Create the Future of the ATD Southern Connecticut Chapter

The Southern Connecticut Chapter of ATD is at a crossroads. There are few people willing to be on the board and do the work of leading our chapter forward. Without more committed leaders, the chapter will cease to exist.

A few of us believe the chapter should continue. But without your input and commitment, ATD SCC will not go forward.

On March 26^th, come and collaborate with other training professionals to create the future for the Southern Connecticut Chapter of the Association of Talent Development.

You don’t have to be a chapter member – you just have to want to help to shape the future of a professional organization that is important to the “yet to come” of learning and talent development in Connecticut. The meeting will review the strengths and history of the chapter and then explore what the chapter might do to examine its mission and reimagine its potential.

Over the last few years, our world has radically changed. Help the Southern Connecticut Chapter examine those changes, explore its current and related constituencies, and then develop actions that will take the chapter forward.

We envision this to be a launch meeting that will be the first of a yearlong effort.
